I'm making a move for mental health!

Hey there!!

In the month of October, I, alongside my colleagues are participating in ReachOut's Make a Move challenge to help raise funds to help prevent youth suicide.

It's been a tough 2 years battling the pandemic and I have been surrounded by friends and family whose mental health has been affected by this. So this challenge is for them!

1 in 4 young Australians are currently experiencing a mental health difficulty, yet 70% do not access professional support, therefore increasing the risk of serious mental health issues in their teenage years and beyond.

My goal is to raise $300 and will move a MINIMUM of 60minutes per day to increase my mental health and emotional wellbeing. 

What are the benefits of exercise?
