About the challenge

Improve your own wellbeing while you raise money to prevent youth suicide. All you have to do is dedicate time to moving your body every day for the month of October. You’ll feel better and you’ll be making a positive move to save young lives.

Become a Mini, Mega or Master Mover and make a difference with the minutes you dedicate to improving your own mental health.
