Setting your goal

Every year, we lose 458 young people to suicide. You can make a difference, just by dedicating minutes each day to improving your own mental health.

Once you’ve signed up, you can move anyway, and anywhere, you like.  You can run, swim, rollerskate, rock climb – you can even hula hoop! Change it up, or stick to the same activity every day. Just make sure that whatever you do, you do it for the amount of time you’ve dedicated each day.

Mini
Mover

15

Sign up to move for 15 minutes every day throughout October (that’s about 458 minutes over a month).

Mega
Mover

30

Sign up to move for 30 minutes every day throughout October (that’s about 458 minutes a fortnight).

Master
Mover

60

Sign up to move for 60 minutes every day throughout October (that’s about 458 minutes a week).

Log in to your profile daily to update your progress:

you’ll be able to record the type of activity you’ve completed and how long you dedicated to the activity. If you miss a day, you can make up for it at any stage by dedicating extra minutes – it all counts towards your total goal.

Share your challenge with your friends, family, and colleagues:

and ask them to support you along the way. They can sponsor you at any time throughout September and October. And, be sure to keep them updated as you progress.
