Getting started is easy. It's FREE to sign up as an individual, with your colleagues, family or friends.

Dedicate 24, 48 or 72 minutes everday in October to either move your body or improve your state of mind - or a combination of both!

Spread the word and start raising money for youth suicide prevention.

MAKE A MOVE

On 1 October, start moving! You can move any way, anywhere, you like.

Setting your goal

Last year, we lost 461 young people to suicide. You can make a difference, just by dedicating minutes each day to improving your own mental health.

Once you’ve signed up, you can move any way and anywhere you like.  You can run, meditate, roller-skate, rock climb – you can even hula hoop! Change it up, or stick to the same activity every day. Just make sure that whatever you do, you do it at least 24 minutes each day.

Move your
Body

Sign up to move your body for at least 24 minutes every day throughout October. You can run, you can swim, you can walk. You can even roller-skate, rock-climb or hula-hoop.

Improve state of Mind

Sign up to improve your state of mind for at least 24 minutes every day throughout October. You can do yoga, meditate or practice mindfulness. 

Mix up your moves

Sign up to do a combination of activities to move your body and improve your state of mind for at least 24 minutes every day throughout October. 

Log in to your profile daily to update your progress:

you’ll be able to record the type of activity you’ve completed and how long you dedicated to the activity. If you miss a day, you can make up for it at any stage by dedicating extra minutes – it all counts towards your total goal.

Share your challenge with your friends, family, and colleagues:

and ask them to support you along the way. They can sponsor you at any time. And, be sure to keep them updated as you progress.
