I'm doing a thing!
For the whole month of October I am going to dedicate myself to 30 minutes of exercise each day to not only help myself, but to support suicide prevention.
I will be sharing each day on what I do on my Instagram which is @HeyPai. I'm a full time working, asthmatic hermit so this is definitely a challenge for me, and i'd love for you to be apart of it :)
