I'm making a move for mental health!
Andrew here - I'm making a move for mental health this October. I've
challenged myself to exercise and take action to support my mental health for a
minimum of 60 mins each day in October while raising money for youth suicide prevention.
By sponsoring my challenge, you'll be helping to prevent youth suicide. In 2019, we lost 461 young people to suicide, which remains the leading cause of death among young people in Australia. All funds raised will allow ReachOut to provide all young people with the support they need to be happy and well.
COVID-19, lockdowns and the shutdown of schools are all contributing to mental health and well-being of our children. Managing mental health during this time of change and uncertainty can be an on-going challenge. Please support as best you can so ReachOut can continue with this critical work.
