7-Eleven is making a move for mental health!
This October, we are getting behind Make a Move for Mental Health in support of our Good Cause partner ReachOut. Our support for Make a Move encourages each of us to focus on our health and wellbeing by ensuring we make a move for 24 minutes a day, while supporting the important work of ReachOut to make mental health services available to young Australians.
It doesn’t matter if you are doing pilates, walking the block, playing sport, running marathons, jumping in the pool, or just making time to do some stretches every day – it’s up to you.

We’ll be providing you with more information and ideas to help you Make a Move each week in October. Make sure you keep an eye out on Workjam, yammer, EMC or the Intranet for updates.
