Make A Move Rewards Terms and Conditions

COLES VOUCHER

  1. This promotion is open to all Make a Move participants who are a resident in Australia and who make a self-donation of $20 or more on their fundraising page between 12:00 am (AEDT) Monday 28 August 2023 and 11:59pm (AEDT) Tuesday 31 October 2023.
  2. Every participant who makes a self-donation of $20 or more for Make a Move between the above dates will receive an entry into the draw to win a $250 Coles Voucher.
  3. ReachOut Australia employees and related parties of ReachOut Australia including Directors, management, employees, contractors (or members of their immediate family) of the Promoter or the Promoter’s related entities or any of the Promoter’s agents including sponsors directly involved in the Competition (as determined by the Promoter) are ineligible to enter.
  4. The winner will be determined by a random draw of valid competition entrants.
  5. This draw will be publicised via email and social media.
  6. This competition period commences 8:00 am (AEDT) Monday 28 August and 11:59pm (AEDT) 31 October 2023.
  7. This draw will take place at approximately 11:00am (AEDT) on Tuesday 14 October 2023, located at ReachOut Australia Office.
  8. ReachOut Australia does not take any responsibility for any technological issues that prevent a donation being processed in time or that cause a disparity between the time the donation is recorded on the 2023 event system and the time shown on your donation confirmation. In order to avoid any disappointment, please submit all online donations in good time to ensure that they are processed before the cut-off.

Prize Details: There is one (1) prize to be won:

1 x Coles Voucher valued at $250

  1. Prize will be fulfilled by ReachOut Australia
  2. ReachOut Australia shall notify the winners on Tuesday 14 October 2023 via email or telephone. 2023 Make a Move may publish the names of each winner on the Make a Move website and/or on our social media accounts.
  3. If the prize is not claimed in writing by Friday 17 October 2023 the prize may be forfeited and ReachOut Australia may award prize to another entrant, drawn randomly in the same manner as set out in clause 4.
  4. ReachOut Australia reserves the right to verify the validity of entries and to disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process.
  5. The prize is not redeemable for cash or other products and is not transferable. The prize can only be claimed by verbal or written acceptance by the winner.
  6. ReachOut Australia reserves the right to substitute alternative prizes if necessary due to unavailability of the notified prizes.
  7. If for any reason this competition is not capable of running as planned, then subject to any compulsory law to the contrary, ReachOut Australia reserves the right to cancel the competition.

CALM APP SUBSCRIPTION

  1. This promotion is open to all Make a Move participants who are a resident in Australia and who receive a donation of $10 or more on their fundraising page between 12:00 am (AEDT) Tuesday 10 October 2023 and 11:59pm (AEDT) Tuesday 10 October 2023.
  2. Every participant who receives a donation of $10 or more for Make a Move on Tuesday 10 October 2023 will receive an entry into the draw to win a 12 month Calm App Subscription valued at approximately $100AUD ($79.99USD).
  3. ReachOut Australia employees and related parties of ReachOut Australia including Directors, management, employees, contractors (or members of their immediate family) of the Promoter or the Promoter’s related entities or any of the Promoter’s agents including sponsors directly involved in the Competition (as determined by the Promoter) are ineligible to enter.

  2. Every participant who raises $150 by the above date will receive an entry into the draw to win 1 in 10 wellbeing packs valued at $200.
  3. ReachOut Australia employees and related parties of ReachOut Australia including Directors, management, employees, contractors (or members of their immediate family) of the Promoter or the Promoter’s related entities or any of the Promoter’s agents including sponsors directly involved in the Competition (as determined by the Promoter) are ineligible to enter.

  2. The first 300 participants who raise $325 between the above dates will receive a custom ReachOut cap.
