I'm making a move for mental health this October.

As many of my friends are aware, Youth Suicide is a subject very close to my heart. Mental Health in all forms is also of great importance to me.

By sponsoring my challenge, you'll be helping to prevent youth suicide. All funds raised will allow ReachOut to provide all young people with the support they need to be happy and well.

Friday 24th Sep
Spent my 15 minutes at Bulli today. Came home and did 20 minutes stretching/Yoga on the grass in the sun. 😊

Hi everyone!

I know October seems a long way away just now, but, it will be upon us before we know. 

Because I’m so out of routine and shape, I’ve decided that between now and then, I’m going to get myself ready with 15 minutes a day!

By October I should be in a good routine and heading towards a better level of fitness. 😊
