I'm making a move for mental health this October!
As you may or may not know, I have a history of mental health issues, some I still live with to this day and have many loved ones who experience the same.
To put it lightly, the past 2 years have been (pardon the french) a real shit show! 2021 being the worst of the two personally, due to surgery and debilitating mental health issues.
SO, I am ready to 'make a move' now that I physically can, for myself and others out there who have faced similar challenges, and will continue to do so.
I will be doing a minimum of 30 minutes of exercise (which includes dancing to abba, FlowFit workouts, and going for a walk while listening to podcasts... which i will absolutely take reccommendations for) and/or meditation (which include guided meditations, journalling and.. well how many different ways can you meditate). I will be posting updates frequently, and I encourage you to do the same, even if you can't donate!!!
Please don't feel pressured to give large amounts... $800 is a HUGE goal, and even $2 helps!
