I'm making a move for mental health!

I'm making a move for mental health this October.

By sponsoring my challenge, you'll be helping to prevent youth suicide. All funds raised will allow ReachOut to provide young people with the support they need.

My mental health is something I have struggled with a lot during my life, specifically generalised anxiety disorder and depression. However, I am lucky enough to have been able to seek and receive help when I needed it most.

I can't begin to imagine the loss of a sibling or a child, or another friend to suicide.

Suicide should be a preventable devastation, especially youth suicide - so please donate to this fantastic cause to ensure young people have access to help when they need it most.

Love Ella!
